This policy describes how the iOS app WordIsle - IELTS Vocabulary (词屿) handles information. In short: WordIsle does not collect, sell or share any personal data.
None. WordIsle has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics SDKs and no tracking. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, device identifiers or usage data.
Your learning progress, review schedule, bookmarks and settings are stored only on your device (including data shared with the WordIsle home-screen widget through an App Group on the same device). This data is never sent to us. Deleting the app removes it, subject to your iOS backup settings.
Word illustrations and audio are delivered by Apple's App Store servers as On-Demand Resources. These downloads are handled by iOS; we do not receive information about them.
The optional WordIsle Pro subscription is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app only checks with Apple (StoreKit) whether your subscription is active. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
WordIsle does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
